Beltrami County Health and Human Services

Not sure why they get all the bad feedback. I’ve yet to have a bad experience dealing with the staff. If something doesn’t go your way, it’s not necessarily their fault, it’s the nature of their industry and dealing with government agencies. We’re lucky to have an office in our town and not have to drive hours away for help.

Does anything go right? Compare their website with other counties. Theirs is designed to make sure you can't easily get ahold of anyone, let alone someone's name. Other counties are not like that.

I would like to thank Katie too much for great help. Thank you for all staff in Beltrami county health and human service. Wish the best for all of you.

Overall, not very friendly. Almost closed-minded. It must be exhausting for them to have to deal with people who need help.
