Beluga Lake Bar and Grill

Very disappointed. We went for dinner yesterday. As we were ordering, the cook said no more, we are closing after this order. Placed the order and found a seat. The cook was rudely hollering out food as it came up. Then told the bartender who took our order to give all remaining orders a refund. No explanation at all. We got our refund, minus the tip. We loved this place years ago, but our 1st time back in years will definitely be our last.

Went in for drinks and was thinking about ordering some food. We sat at the bar with only two other people. We waited probably 15 minutes or so with no service before we decided to leave. The bartender walked past us at least five times and was behind the bar for majority of our wait. She never acknowledged us. The people next to use were eating and the food looks sub par. Also the kitchen itself looks interesting. Will not be returning.

Ok - so have lived in homer for 15+ years - this is one of the best places we have! Legit Hawaiian food + general food options. A couple of things to know: 1). Hawaiian food is amazing. They also have general food but honestly - one of the best plate lunch places I have had (been to Hawaii lots and lots) 2) service is still a work in progress but all positive attitudes. All you can ask for! 3). Great drinks, great views and vibes. Nice music. Homer have very limited options for view restaurants but this is great! 4) highly recommend the aloha plate, mini plates, sliders!

This was a great restaurant with awesome food. The halibut and chips were excellent. The burger was very tasteful with a brioche bun! The manager was extremely nice! Great overall experience!

Food was not available because they rented out the restaurant. The whole reason why we booked at this place was because it had a restaurant .So we would not have to go somewhere else to eat after a long day of fishing and travels.
