Shaun was awesome! She explained the flavors and allowed us to taste. I was already a fan of Ben and Jerry’s and this experience just confirmed them.

Ordered a birthday cake from this location thinking it was a simple task. Somehow they managed to make the ugliest cake I’ve ever seen. I mean— it takes effort to make something look this bad. It looks so bad I had to ask him if this was a joke… like, is my real cake somewhere in back? Then the guy at the register didn’t even know how to process a refund. He called the manager, who offered no apology or alternative solution. She just processed the refund and said bye. So now I get to celebrate my birthday with no cake. What a waste of time and money. I won’t be back. Birthdays happen once a year, but this business could care less about your special day. Get your cake from a business that actually cares about customers.

Such a wonderful store! We went in but had to leave early because of our Lyft ride arriving. The person working around 5:30 on Valentine’s Day did her absolute best to make sure we were seen, and serviced with ice cream! We appreciate you and hope you have the best day! Thank you so much! ✨

The team on 02/28 was absolutely amazing! They were about to close, but the service did NOT reflect. The team was patient, attentive, and humorous! Still my absolute favorite ice cream parlor!
