Great ice cream variety to choose from. I had Salted Caramel Blondy, Vanilla & Chocklet chocolate. Always stop by for a sugar rush.

me and my friends came in around 10:15 on a friday night (9/19) when we came in, we were not greeted nor talked to. we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for service. when my friends began paying, we were told they did not take cash. they said this as they were closing the cash part of the register 45 minutes before close. our ice cream was put together half hazardly, as mine was falling off before it was even given to me. they ultimately were so rude and all we wanted to do was get out. the one girl even had headphones on, not paying attention.

I am from New England so I was excited to see a Ben & Jerry’s in the location. Unfortunately they seem to have some unusual pricing and sale practices I have t seen before. To begin with, they didn’t have kid size ice cream posted and I had to ask. When I questioned if they offered small kid size they said yes. Then when I ordered 4 kid size ice cream purchases they said I could only buy a kid size for the kids not for the adults. We are seniors and did not want a small size scoop but something smaller as we just had lunch. So we ended up splitting a small. They were limited in toppings mostly limited to candy, no nuts. They are limited in flavor offerings, perhaps due to supply issues or something else. Pricey!! Service was okay. It did not remind me of the Ben & Jerry experiences I remem

I LOVE this place! The ice cream is great! My favorite has to be the salted caramel blondie! The employees are nice and the atmosphere is comforting! Honestly this has become a safe space for me when I'm having a bad day! I've been going here since 2021! Don't regret it! :D

First off, the girl behind the counter was barely paying attention and was a little too focused on what was playing in her headphones. Told her we wanted a chocolate chip fudge with pecans she said they didn’t have pecans and only peanuts we told her no and she still put them on. When we told her that it was not okay and that my family member had an allergy she gave a snobby look and stormed off with attitude. She eventually came back with a new cup of ice cream without peanuts. Then they Didn’t even have a major flavor (cookies and cream) and we had to substitute. All while trying to order with an employee that looked like they didn’t even wanna do their own job. Not including the employee who was inside just messing with the ice cream labels all in the way of the line. Ended up playing c
