**Edit** The Owner of this franchise is an owner who cares about his business and his customers. After my lackluster experience, he reached out to me and we had a great interaction. It's not often that owners of franchises will take the time to handle unpleasant experiences. I will definitely give them another chance when I'm back in town. Review was updated to reflect the level of customer service and professionalism. Terrible. Place was empty and clean. Worker was nice. Ordered a hot fudge sundae for $10 and what I got was less than 2 scoops of ice cream- seriously- look at the photo. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed. Definitely won't last long charging $10 for a half a cup of ice cream. You have to do better if you're an owner of a business. Seriously.

You guys really need to keep your hours updated on Google…. I drove out to your location after checking your Google business profile to see if you were open and it stated that you closed at 11PM last night. (**As of today, the Fri-Sun Google Business hours have been updated to 9PM. So I can see that this update occurred shortly after this issue). I got to shop at 10:15PM and went up to the door with the lights on and 3 or so staff members inside. When I got to the front, the door was locked and everyone was beginning clean up and I was given the nod that you were closed. There was even a table of individuals sitting outside who were recently served. This was on a Labor Day holiday weekend. There is no reason that a franchise the size of Ben and Jerry’s doesn’t have the capability of keepi

We had the pleasure of being served by Isabelle & Lola. Nicest young ladies, who were friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately not everyone in customer service are as nice as these two young ladies. Their demeanor makes me want to come back.

This family-owned Ben & Jerry’s is EASILY our favorite local spot! The staff is always amazing, and we even had the chance to meet the owners and their family—truly so kind and accommodating. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Enjoyed the sweetest treat here today with my three boys. Staff was extra friendly and even my pup enjoyed the outdoor seating.
