Good ice cream. The people who worked here were not friendly. There were wooden spoons so that made me mad but it's good for the environment so it's fine.

Visited Ben & Jerry’s with my family and had a great experience! We were warmly greeted with a smile as we walked in, which set a positive tone right away.. The portion sizes were generous, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious. A sweet treat all around! definitely coming back again especially summertime

I ordered off of DoorDash from them and I ordered a 3 scoop to which they only gave me 1 flavor instead of whatever I picked out on the app. It’s not fair to spend $11 on ice cream and not get what you want. I ordered 3 flavors including- cookie dough, chocolate PB, and pretzel fudge. I only got cookie dough and nothing else. I ordered another time and the exact same thing happened where I only received 1 flavor instead of 2😕. I love Ben and Jerry’s but this has ruined my experience a bit.

Saturday night with the family and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ice cream was great, the service was great! Let's keep this place open and busy 😊

The worst customer service. I had to pick up a DoorDash order. I waited in line, and when the waiter served me, he told me I'd have to wait while he served other customers because was an online order. The order wasn't ready. The big guy put my order aside and gave it to the other guy to prepare when he got back. He didn't even take five minutes to give me the order. They don't give anything away for free, I think the guy forgot that. Update: Thank you for your response. I understand it was Mother’s Day and that your staff was busy, but the issue wasn’t just the wait. What bothered me was the lack of attention to the order of arrival and how my order was handled. After waiting in line, I was pushed aside without a clear explanation and no real effort to assist me fairly. I appreciate the a
