Some of the tiredest, stalest Ice cream I have ever eaten. It’s hard to ruin Ben & Jerry’s, but the ice cream I got literally had lost all its flavor and was gluey as well. The supposedly fresh baked waffle cone was so stale. It was pliable rather than crunchy. I felt very sorry for the counter help! It’s possible that if you go there during the height of the busy season, you might get fresh ice cream, but honestly, why not just go to a store and buy a pint of nice fresh Ben & Jerry’s?

Great ice cream. Awesome customer service. I wish they had more nondairy options though! They only have one.

This is located inside Yankee candle and it’s a very convenient location to get a snack after or while shopping at Yankee candle. We ordered salted caramel blondie, coconut seven layer bar, coffee coffee buzzbuzz and we were very satisfied. The creamy deliciousness of the ice cream hit ls the spot. Customer service is excellent!

Me and my family went there on 7/24/21 they where open. The ice cream was good. It is inside the yankee candle store. I have been to the store quit a bit because I need the cell phone signal to talk to my family at home. When it is open I go look around when my family is busy with appointments. Then I go back out to my car and go back to talk to them. Everything I have been in the store Ben & Jerry was open.
