Ben & Jerry’s at @Midtown is awesome! Their Primo team hosted a fundraiser for non-profit Walk Bike Tampa and we had a great time. Def recommend for the best ice cream and community engagement in town!

Melania and Mikayla at the Tampa location helped make my birthday celebration perfect!! They were so thoughtful and kind and I can’t be more happy with their customer service! I drove all the way from Haines city to this location for the perfect ice cream cake! I for sure will be ordering again!

First time walk in at this location and Mikaela greet us with such a great attitude. She just not gave me an outstanding customer service, but did the extra mile and a little bit more. I never expected for her to text me with my sons Ice Cream cake, but she wanted to make sure everything was just right! Not lazy at all and very joyful to work with. Totally recommend this place because of this amazing young lady! Thank you Mikaela! YOU ROCK! ❤️

Loved my experience here and reminiscent of my childhood enjoying Ben & Jerry’s ice cream! I am so happy Tampa has a Ben & Jerry’s location. The last time I saw a Ben & Jerry’s location was in Orlando at Universal Studios. I wasn’t aware that there was a Ben & Jerry’s in my neighborhood until I took a trip to visit Midtown to check out a restaurant there and was pleasantly surprised to see a Ben & Jerry’s store. I just had to stop in and give this location a try. I am very happy that I did!!
