Benihana - Cupertino

I've been coming to this Benihanas since I was really little. I've seen how it's changed a lot. But it's still my favorite. I have to say the best chef hands down is Luis! If you're going to come here I strongly recommend that you request him to cook for you. He cooks so delicious! He definitely has me wanting to come back for more! The food always comes out perfect when he cooks for us. He makes the experience so delightful!

Been coming here for 30 years; it was my dad's favorite place to eat for any occasion great or small. Their staff are always inviting and willing to accommodate every group, and the food is always perfect, but the best part of experience is the live show that chefs put on in front of you. Take the entire family!

We order 2 lunch boat With the boat it's half sushi type food and half hibachi Soup-tasted like beef consommé with fried onion 3.5/5 Salad. Ginger dressing 3.5/5 California roll 4/5 Sashimi 4/5 Salmon 4/5. Crispy perfect not dry Filet mignon cubes 4/5 Tempura 4/5 Fried rice disappointing 3/5. For all the cooking flair. Garlic butter smelled great while cooking. But end product fell flat. Overall it's ok at 4 stars but not as spectacular as I had hoped. I've had better teppennaki. (In Tacoma) and other places. Prob try few other places They gave us free ice cream for our anniversary!

This was an awesome experience. Service (Celine)was quick. The chef (Eleil) made everyone feel welcome. The food was delicious and fresh. So, if you want tasty and savory food, fast service and a good experience come to Benihanas! (BTW they celebrate birthdays!)

The food was cooked to perfection and they were on top of refilling our beverages and catering to every individual's taste preference. The Manager Daniel was the champion as he had to accommodate our party of 20+ people and he made the wait short and ensured that our requests were honored from young to elderly.
