Please do something about the 3 BIG YELLOW signs that all say 24 HRS and are LIT-UP no matter what time you drive by. Since that tradition hasn’t continued at this location obviously. It’s not like the place is all dark or anything….I’ll gladly come back and edit! Gotta be a way to fix that and avoid the frustration. Thanks!

One of the best burgers I’ve had. Best milkshake I’ve had, rich and thick— get strawberry. If you can eat, get a fully-dressed double and substitute mustard/mayo with the fry sauce & a large milkshake (Don’t be a degenerate and add chili fries in your burger. You can get some on the side.) This place definitely has the best VALUE in New Orleans.

A shameful and alarming experience. They intentionally turned off the lights while we were still seated and eating, without any warning or explanation, and then told us the place was closed, as if that justified the way we were treated. To make it worse, an employee started yelling and followed us outside, behaving aggressively and making us feel threatened, as if the situation could turn physical. This level of conduct is completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. There was no apology, no respect, and no accountability. This wasn’t a mistake — it was hostile behavior, verbal abuse, and a total lack of consideration for paying customers. If this is how they treat people who pay, this place doesn’t deserve a second chance.

Dont know how this place is still open and who eats this.. hot burger with cold shredded cheese that does not melt. I can guarantee the burger meat is ok, everything else taste like a school made it. Fries more limp than 70 y.o gramps. Man

Whoever is saying the best burger they’ve had mustve only ever eaten burger from a wendys on a bad night. At the point for the price and quality you might ad well just go to McDonalds brother… save your money better yet save your taste buds
