The food was eh....would I purchase again here? No. While the service was good, fast & efficient, the food wasn't that great. I ordered the brisket sandwich with extra sauce and 2 sides of collard greens. The collards were completely covered in hot sauce, so I was only able to taste that and not the actual food. There was some pulled pork in them, which was a nice touch. The juice tasted of water and the greens were greasy. No smoky flavor from the meat came through. The greens themselves were properly cooked. I'd recommend to make your "pot liquor" ie. juice for the greens with your smoked meat, vinegar and seasonings 1st, taste for seasoning, then add in the greens to cook. Ordered from them at a food truck roundup. Wife had the OG pulled pork sandwich. She though it was really good, a little sweet and a little too much meat for her, but really tasty. I got the sides from her sandwich of noods and collard greens. The collard greens were really good, a lot of vinegar tang. The star to me was the noods. Really nicely cooked, and the flavoring was amazing. Would order again!

Unbelievable! Had the mongo melt with collard greens and pimento cheese which just hit the spot and a craving I didn't know I had. Also the cabbage and noodles which was just perfect.. And baklava that just melted in your mouth absolutely incredible.

Got a Texas brisket sandwhich and brisket tacos. Seasoning on tacos was fantastic, service was great, flavor profile on point. But our cuts of brisket were extremely fatty which caused my sandwhich and tacos to mush. Brisket is so delicious when you have the meatier bits. Slicing the fat, out of the cooked brisket would help make better quality food. Other than that pretty damn good

It has been a while since I had pulled pork tacos that tasted this good. No fat in the meat. It all tasted very fresh
