I was in need to get some documents notarized and checked in with several notary companies and nobody was willing or able (they said) due to some liability clause. I was introduced to Best Upon Request Notary Service, and Ms. Ellis. Within 72hrs, documents were forwarded from the court, directly to Ms. Ellis and she arranged to meet me on her own time, to allow me to sign the documents. She even took care of making sure the documents got back to the courts by sending them certified mail with tracking. I could not have completed this transaction without the help of Kim Ellis.
