Better Buzz Coffee Santa Ana

We Didn't Like the Buzz... 🐝👎 First timers here , me and my bf LOVE coffee ☕️ 💕 && we were excited to try this place out!! All the buzz was too over hyped in our opinion. I got the Best Drink Ever.. the drink didn't live up to the name. Its supposed to be strong flavored & sweet but tbh it just felt watered down, I thought it was just me but my bf tried it & he thought the same. He got the Horchata Latte & were Latino so we know what real horchata taste like & this place taste like they use the powder mix & I dont know if it was the cold foam with cinnamon that added the texture but it was wayy too much, it also tasted watered down. I dont know if it was just ours that came out this way or if the person making the drinks just didnt do a good job but we didnt like it. She also got the

Wow, everyone was hyped about this franchise, and it's going to be at this location for the first time. It's actually pretty good. I do recommend ordering online ahead of time, or else you will be waiting longer for drive-thru.

Great service and delicious drinks every time! Never takes too long to get my drink. Also lovee their breakfast options

Staff was good, I was expecting the drinks to taste better than Starbucks they are about the same..... is more expensive and the charge extra for milk substitutions

First time here, drove from riverside! Jocelyn and Andrea had exceptional customer service! 🥰 They we’re both very helpful in recommending what to get to get based off of my likings! I got the banana pudding, best drink ever & the better breakfast sooo YUMM! Def recommend to go 10/10!
