At first, I was skeptical about the whole Keto world. But once I got to learn more about it and get fully educated on it I was totally in. Besides how amazing the Bett3R Kantina team is, the food and freshness is even Bett3R!!! I was beyond blown at so many things...the quality, the quantity, the presentation...but the flavor, incredible!!! When the meals taste this good and are so good to enjoy you definitely forget that you are on any kind of "diet". This is a life style that I am so happy to have come across. This keto world just started and I am excited to see what it will become as it grows. Bett3R Kantina is the first to do it and I'll continue to enjoy their service!!!

Great for us that do not have the time to cook. Healthy food at a great price and they deliver to me, what else can you ask for. Will try desserts next time. Will keep buying from them
