Bianchini's Sandwich & Salad Market

Came here today midday on my long drive down from Northern California to Monterey. I was looking for something filling and delicious for a midway stop on a 8+ hour drive. This place delivered. The sandwich I got (#13 on sourdough roll) was SUPER FRESH with high quality ingredients. It was so good and very filling. The young guy and two young ladies working were very attentive, kind, and made sure all customers left satisfied. The restroom was super clean to boot! I will be back! So TASTY!

I am and will forever be the sandwich police. Their pictures and descriptions do not match their actual food. The sandwich was mostly bread. It looks full in the middle but barely anything in between the bread. Barely any sprouts on a veggie sandwich that was $19. The bread seemed day old or very just dry in general. To charge almost $20 for a sandwich with absolutely no love put into it is disappointing to say the least. I personally will not be returning and hope they can have more consistency in the future.

Once again, Bianchini's took great care of us! We had a graduation party and served Luis' delicious sandwiches and they were all gobbled up and so many people kept asking me "Where are these sandwiches from? They have all of the good things on them, even pickles! And that bread!! So different from all other deli's!" And that is why I will continue to support Bianchini's at every opportunity I get...Luis even texted me to make sure all was well....Amazing food, and sweet, caring customer service! Thank you so much! We'll be back again!

Watched as employee walked over to make sandwiches without washing hands or putting on gloves. Rolled eyes at other employee when asked to put on gloves to make my order. Not a good experience and disappointing as a long time all location Bianchin’s customer.
