BIBIBOP Asian Grill

This place needs to work on their issue of inability to service customers in their store. Went in there and waited 18 minutes to be helped at the front counter, while all 6 employees focused SOLELY on door dash / pickup orders! So us and the guy in front of us just went next door to Piada….they at least acknowledge your presence there! 😂 Edit: gave them a second chance but gotta love when they use cheap flimsy packaging and your husband’s dinner goes all over the driveway!!!! :-))) night ruined!

Went in and ordered my food, Food wasent bad until i had found this little plastic thing! I bit into my food and nearly choked and tried to figure what it was only to realize it was some odd shape plastic thing. I am glad i caught it but this is unacceptable!

Similar to Cava or Chipotle where you pick your ingredients into a bowl and everything is very fresh. Tasty. However, this one has a Korean and Asian flare. They have a lot of sauces like traditional yum yum sauce and teriyaki and other things you can add. I was really impressed with the Korean barbecue beef and the miso glazed salmon. It's a very open and airy atmosphere with soft music playing, but it's not a super comfortable place to sit for long because all the chairs are hard. But the food was really flavorful and different. All in all I really enjoyed it.

Not sure about some of the bad reviews. They seem like they may not be real. I ordered using the app and my meals were prepared correctly, quickly and they were delicious. I've never had any issues with the food. The only thing I dont understand is when I add a name to an individual bowl on the order so it's easier to give to the correct person. They never seem to add the name to the dish. It is on the receipt but not on the bowl. Other than that, I am always pleased.

First time ordering here. Food was ready at the pickup time. Both Bowles we ordered smelled really good. Good portions. Very tasty all around. Will be ordering from here again.
