Big Apple Bakery did an outstanding job with my daughter’s Sweet 16 cake! Joe was the best—friendly and truly knows his stuff! He took my daughter’s ideas for a Tangled-themed, three-tier cake and brought them to life beautifully. We weren’t sure what to do for the flowers, real or artificial, but he recommended going to Michaels, and he was absolutely right! They looked amazing!! Thank you to everyone at Big Apple Bakery for capturing exactly what my daughter envisioned. It was absolutely perfect and delicious!

The design featured a beautiful cross, and the strawberry chocolate filling was out of this world. Not only did it look incredible, but it tasted even better! We ordered a cake for about 30 people, and they went above and beyond — the portion was generous, and everyone got to take some home. That’s the sign of a true bakery that cares about its customers. The staff and owners, Joe and his family, are some of the kindest and most genuine people you’ll ever meet. They make the entire experience personal and special from start to finish. My very, very favorite bakery. Not only is everything tasty and delicious with a huge selection to pick from BUT they decorate the cake to whatever you wish. I have a very dear friend who was celebrating a birthday. She’s a big fan of Wicked. And it was perfect!!! Not only was the cake delicious, it was almost too perfect to cut into. Thank you Big Apple!

Ordered a small cake for my sister’s elopement, and with 3 days notice, the staff + cake decorator went above and beyond. My sister was so surprised and so happy with how it turned out! The strawberry shortcake filling was also super fresh and tasty. Truly the cherry on top of a great celebration (pun intended)!

I got married in June and used Big Apple Bakery for my desserts! I currently live in NH and needed a bakery that was easy to work with and accommodating to the distance. Big Apple Bakery did not disappoint! Not only did they setup a cake testing for when I would be in town, they called me to go over every detail for the wedding. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The desserts were amazing and my guests are still talking about how good they were! There’s no other bakery I would use! I will be visiting them every time I am in town!
