Expectations exceeded The parking lot is full, so I was prepared for a lengthy wait. It was unnecessary. I was seated quickly and served with a smile. I had the fish and chips minus the chips and plus a fantastic salad. I mean, it wasn’t just lettuce🥬 threatened by croutons but an actual salad 🥗. I did end up taking nearly half the meal on the road because I HAD to order the strawberry 🍓 hot fudge cake. Definitely worth the calories! Harlie’s cheerful style and impeccable efficiency impressed me the most. You should hope to get her as your server. 🤞🏼

Burger was alright. The patties were thick and well done. It was overall an old fashioned dinner burger. Fries were battered and very good. What you might expect with Fish and Chips. Milkshake was also old fashioned. Nothing special, probably won’t get it again though.

We stopped here on our way to Las Vegas and it was such a great surprise! The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and family-friendly, and the staff were welcoming and kind. What really made our visit special was how thoughtful they were towards kids — they had a kids’ menu, high chairs, and even gave our children coloring pages with crayons that they got to keep as a gift! 🎨💛 That little detail made our dinner so much more enjoyable — the kids were entertained, and we had a peaceful moment to eat. The place was busy — a lot of locals were picking up takeout, which always says a lot about the food! 🚗 If you’re on the road and looking for a cozy, quality spot to eat — highly recommend stopping here. The Vegas Valley Mustangs Car Club made a run to Indian Springs for breakfast/lunch today and stopped at Big Boy's. I contacted the restaurant two weeks prior to let them know we would have a group of 24 arriving around 9:00 a.m., and I confirmed again a couple of days before our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing — organized, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Their smiles and positive attitudes made everyone feel welcome. They checked in with our group throughout the meal to ensure everything met expectations. The food was delivered in a timely manner, the presentation was perfect, and everything tasted great! I wish I would have asked the sweet lady who took care of my order her name, so I can shout her out for her kindness and professionalism. I got a similar vibe off the other waitresses running around taking care of everyone, the place really had a great feeling. It's clean and it's nice and they all seemed happy to be there! That's the best, I hope they stay blissful at work, it makes for great burgers and fries and strawberry milkshakes! We ordered two of the world's best burgers and even with a name like that. We were not disappointed. I got so full my dog got the last two bites of mine, and I'm pretty sure he started a new religion over it! We'll be back!!! Compliments to the chief too!! 😘🛣️🤔🤯💌❣️
