Big Burger

Food tasted decent but portions were small for being called big burger. Especially the fries.look at the picture I had made 15 in total. They refused to give me grilled onions on a burger... pretty strange since this is the first place I’ve come across in my life that refuses to grill onions for you. Also tax is not included on menu prices. Also stingy on condiments. One ketchup packet in the bag and giving me 2 when I asked is definitely not enough.

The burgers are awesome. It's a very small place. You either eat in your car or take it home. But it's worth it.

Usually love big burger me and my husband go often, anytime anyone ask “what’s the best burger in town” we usually say Big burger no doubt, today craving a good burger asked my husband to go , it says they close at 9, he went around 7 maybe earlier and they told him they weren’t taking anymore orders, well fix y’all’s times if y’all are gonna be closing two hours before it says!

The food is honestly great but not that great, both times I went there was a kind of heavy set hispanic gentleman with glasses and he was rude in a jarring way. DO NOT ORDER LIGHT ICE! This is apparently a huge issue and they will fill your cup with more ice than it had before out of spite. If they are out of something they will snap at you and let you know. I say they but I’ve only had experience with this one guy in particular. Can’t make any promises on business hours as they’ll close an hour to nearly 2 hours before the scheduled close times. That stated, I’d love to give this guy a 5 knuckle review in the parking lot. TLDR: Food-Good Service-Bad Edit: I’m realizing something specific about ordering bacon.. Big Burger is easily in my top 3 local burger places in San Angelo. Great quality and at an awesome price.
