Big Chic of Manchester

Went to big chic to place a order. I ordered 20 pc wings all drums. 10 pc wings regular 6# and a 2pc snack fries and roll. When checking my food before I left, the 10 pc, I only had 1 drum and 9 flats, I didn't order all these flats. It suppose at least be even with drums and flats, so I took it back to get my order correct, that lady said that when I ordered the 20 pc, it took away from the order I placed, that didn't make no sense to me cause my order was a totally different order. I spent 49.00 for this order. They could have opened more bags of chicken wings to satisfy my order. Not surprised of the customer service here anyway. I will take my business elsewhere. I spent too much money here and didn't get good customer service. Big chic will not get anymore of my money.

Ok I have always loved Big Chick in Manchester GA. Today a little after lunch time, I bought a ,2 piece meal. The chicken was to greasy. Y'all use to never have greasy chicken. The employees now need to let the grease drain off longer or something. The batter also was not seasoned as well as it use to be. I love this place, please make them so better and season the chicken the way it use to be seasoned and you'll have us coming back for the meals that we have always loved from y'all. Quit letting current employees try to change things. We want the original recipe of all that you all have.I have to update this as tonight was the best chicken ever and whom ever cooked it y'all need to keep them and to teach others how to make that chicken on point like it was tonight. That was the best chick

Place is plain. The service and food are next level. They close at 6 on Saturday so go get it early. If you want good chicken, this is it. Waaay better than the other Big Chic locations...by a mile. They just know how to cook chicken and get it to you.

They refused to add cheese to my mashed potatoes. I didn’t expect it to be free. But LAZY MUCH.
