Big City Bagels & Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs

Expensive prices and CHEAP with the bacon it was only one slice broken up. The Latino kid is rude and does not respond to what I am requesting for my order until I repeat it multiple times every time I go to this establishment. I clearly hope they don't think they're going to make a million dollars by only putting one slice of bacon on the sandwiches nor stay in business.

If I could give service a higher mark, I would! I usually order online and for delivery. This Sunday I ordered and forgot to switch it to delivery before I paid. We are all sick in the house and I didn’t want to go out, so I called to cancel and they told me they would deliver it themselves! 5 minutes later the owner pulled up and handed me my bagels! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for your customers! Much appreciated!

Workers here are nice to me and my family and the bagels and Breakfast sandwiches are delicious! As far as I’m concerned, the price is great too!! Love coming here!! Roomy and comfortable!!!

EDIT** I ended up messaging the business on Facebook, I tried to see if they would at least rectify the situation, but instead they just angry reacted to my actual experience. Now this place is a joke. I have to say this last time I went to Big City Bagels was an awful experience. I had a coupon, the woman at the register honestly couldn't comprehend the coupon at all and had a horrendous attitude anytime I pointed out what she said was wrong, but that's besides the point. I ordered 3 sandwiches, why was I upcharged for the bread?! Your sodas are completely flat and stale. The atmosphere was extremely cold, and the wait time was long when they weren't busy. I paid $40 for mediocre food, a cold atmosphere, and a 30+ minute wait time. I do not recommend this place.
