Big Daddy Bagels

I've been coming to this location since I was a teenager. It's been over 20 years and it's still my favorite. And now it's my kids' favorite. The staff is so nice, service is always fast, and they always remember my name...it makes my day :) The bagels do not compare to anywhere else I've ever tried, my kids agree. We love Big Daddy Bagels!

Kyle is amazing- I forgot a bagel in my Uber Eats delivery order- so I panicked and called and he was SO kind to take my order over the phone and add it to my bag. I know it might sound like no big deal but people do not go out of their way these days- especially I feel like at work- I have a hungry teenage daughter that I would have caught A LOT OF ATTITUDE from if I forgot that bagel lol. Kyle you are a sweet angel baby and you deserve a raise- he was so kind and was eager to help- was not annoyed or made me feel bad. Kyle deserves a raise!

This location has great customer service and atmosphere for less money than most coffee shops in the area. The staff delivered my drink outdoors because I was busy getting my dogs settled, asked if they could bring them a pup cup (with peanut butter too, the dogs were in heaven) and then came to give the dogs some love. This is my new go-to for work / drinks!

I got the Italian bagel with sun-dried tomato and basil cream cheese, and my boyfriend got garlic with artichoke and spinach spread. Bagels were tasty and traditional; however, the spread was a little too thick. Service was not great, but they were prompt. $11 and change for the 2 bagels

Probably wouldn’t have made a review but this will be the second time I’ve paid for trash bagels that should have been deeply discounted . $12 for 1/2 dozen bagels 1 of which was definitely stale other 5 not so fresh. Moes gives away their day old bagels , in comparison this place is so stingy that they compromise their product for a few cents . And I’m sure that they would rather waste food than give to a homeless shelter or someone who really could use the food. Disgraceful
