Declare your independence from boring Q and high prices at Big Frank’s in Liberty 🇺🇸! Although it’s a small restaurant on the highway, it’s huge on flavor and value! Brisket very moist with smoke bark; ribs are outstanding with sweet peppery bark; sausage is ok. Collards (!!) were also sweetish and yummy, beans well-balanced flavor. Great service, quiet lunch. Freedom from fast food and chains!

Very nice little family ownwd business. When you walk in the smell is fantastic and place looks clean. The ribs were good, stuffes baked potatoe was good. Only complaint is mac n cheese is WAY to cheesey and they dont have free refills its bottle or can soda only.

Great roadside BBQ in Liberty. Had the sausage and brisket (some fatty and some lean) platter with baked beans and potato salad. Brisket was so tender and flavorful, great smoke flavor and not overpowering . Their sauce compliments it very well when just drizzled a little. The sausage was delicious and good snap. No frills to the sides but I’m good with that because they put all their effort into the main event. Nice job.

Had an excellant chopped beef sandwich with pickles and onions and Cole slaw on the side in a relaxed down home unpretentious road side BBQ today. Very reasonably priced and comfortable. Highly recommended

Great bbq spot! Cutting through town and looked up “restaurants in Liberty” and Big Frank’s BBQ popped up my gps. Walked in, didn’t know what to get so I asked for a recommendation from the girl at the counter. I basically told her “never been here before, give me your best” She told me the sampler is the way to go. Brisket, ribs, and sausage with a side of potato salad, dirty rice and sweet tea. It pretty damn tasty! My favorite was the ribs and the bbq sauce was nice. Food came out quickly, I’m already back on the road. Thanks guys!
