Big Mac & Little Lu's Seafood

To all my Celiac friends and gluten free. We had dinner here the other day and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was really good and our waitress was so kind. I did not have any reaction to their food and they made sure that they took precaution when I told them I have celiac and I can't have anything fried because they told me there's a risk of cross-contamination. Definitely going back again.

I ordered a cup of clam chowder and a lobster roll. The lobster was cooked perfectly with a generous portion layered on a soft toasted bun. Unfortunately, the soup was not so good, it was very thick and lukewarm with too many potatoes. Service was great, very pleasant and my friends enjoyed their meals.

What a gem of a restaurant! We love supporting family owned restaurants and this one is exceptional! They also have a seafood market where you can purchase a huge variety of fresh fish and shellfish that you never see in any other stores. We began with crab cakes and then moved on to mussels with garlic white wine sauce and a lobster roll with whale chips. Everything was perfectly prepared and tasted delicious! Service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant lighting is nice, soft...unlike the harsh, too bright lighting of many other restaurants these days. Our only suggestion for the ambience is to play something other than country music: maybe yacht rock (to match the feel of the nautical vibe), classic rock, or maybe even alternative/indie rock. We will definitely be back soon!!

We saw this restaurant on Fried, Fresh and Crispy and wanted to check it out. The service was fast and attentive. The nautical atmosphere was delightful. And the food was superb. I had the signature Almond Crusted Hogfish and it was well worth it.

Let me tell you. This place was incredible. The owner, Paul, was a business friend of my father’s and was able to take a massive hog fish out of the case and show us. Amanda, and the other girls that were working there were so friendly and helpful. Fresh fish flown in from Florida every day. Small-ish inside but still an amazing dining experience. Tons of artwork on the wall from the fish, she’s caught with his kids to scuba pictures, it’s just really a sight to see in a place to be. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Also the BREAD PUDDING IS TO DIE FOR.
