The sub was absolutely amazing! I went to Stash’s for over 25 years! Today was the best sandwich I ever had! Keep up the amazing job! I will be back and recommend to all my friends and family!

Solid cheesesteak spot under new ownership and definitely worth checking out! The sandwiches are huge - if you order a full, expect lunch and dinner, or plan to share because the portions are no joke. The cheesesteak hit all the right notes: flavorful meat, fresh bread, and everything came out hot and satisfying. You can tell they’re generous with ingredients and care about what they’re putting out. As new locals, we were especially excited to find this place because there really aren’t many independent sandwich spots around here that aren’t corporate chains. It’s refreshing to have a neighborhood spot with personality and quality food. As new locals, we’re really happy to have stumbled upon this spot. Always great finding a reliable neighborhood go-to, and this feels like one of them.

I’ve been going to Stash’s for 35+ years. This was my first time since the new ownership and renovation. First let me say this is exactly what the place needed, the interior was updated but still gives you that nostalgic feel. My Sub was very well dressed and full of meat. Prices are still very good and there is more space for seating now. The only thing missing is Clinton’s Iced Tea. Sadly it doesn’t exist anymore. Best Sub Shop Around. 5 Stars.

Legendary long running sandwich shop. Been eating Stash's subs for 45 years. Simply the best tuna and swiss subs anywhere. Looking forward to the re-opening! UPDATE: new ownership is awesome! Tuna and Swiss, along with a Ham and a Swiss were next level sandwiches. Its hard to say it, but they may even be better than they were. Great job to the new owners. Thank you for saving a Kearny Legend!!! Go!!!
