Big Time Burgers

Used to eat here alot as a kiddo in the 90s, the food is still as delicious as I remembered and really hit the spot! The service was wonderful and the gentleman that helped me went as far as to call me to let me know that my order was ready so that my food would still be fresh when I arrived. Service like this is unheard of today, it's refreshing to see that places like this that serve delicious, nostalgic comfort food while delivering great customer service still exist. Ignore the bad reviews, the burgers and chili cheese fries here are top notch! ** Also to add, the older couple that runs this shop are adorable and they deserve positive praise for their hard work ethic and dedication. It's highly apparent how much they care about their business and their customers.

Ordered their pastrami sandwich combo. It mostly consisted of bread (wheat roll) and maybe 1/3 pound of pastrami. The meat was cooked with what tastes like American cheese and salt. It was very salty from the mustard, mayo, pickles and the salt added when cooked. The fries are fairly seasoned but taste packaged (frozen). Only thing reviving them is their sauces which they sell for 50 cents each. You will easily spend $20 on this meal whereas other similar restaurants will offer more for you dollar. I value this meal closer to $12 Their phone service can improve as they’re not willing to give you the price of their food over the phone and will hang up or ignore you when you ask.

I read all the reviews and decided to give this place a shot. I like to try new places when they have 4-5 star ratings. This place is pretty small, seats facing which was super weird Price is ok Pros: surprisingly tasty burger fast service Cons: burger patty is super thin (McD alike) portion if fries is small they charge for ranch sauce extra .50 they give you literally ONE napkin. When I asked for some extra napkins - lady manager gave me ONE more no public restroom - I mean come on! management is not really talkative nor friendly Overall I felt like they trying to save as much as it possible on customers - from amount of meat in your burger to amount of napkins. I dont like greedy businesses

Roommate saw their claim of "best chili cheese fries in the valley.." so decided to try. The gyro was trash. Old dry over cooked meat, stale pita bread. Hands down the worst gyro I've ever had. Now the chili fries were a boar at best. Very little chili,even added pastrami and got a whole 2 ounces for the extra $3 upcharge. Go to Tom's. Much better food and worth the price..

I travel for work all around the valley and this the worst food. I ordered a pastrami on a roll. But I got the muster sandwich, the meat tasted old. Will not come back.
