Bigfoot BBQ

I am giving this food truck a rating of three stars only because the coleslaw was really good and so were the baked beans. I ordered the rib plate and got three pieces of meat that looked like rib ends and no actual bones except for a couple of small ones. A good lot of that was extremely chewy and hard to eat. It looks like they have a lot of other really good items on the menu but from my experience, ribs is not one of them. The photo is what was left of my “ribs” and as you can see, there are no rib bones left over…

Delicious BBQ!! Friendly staff. Quick service. We ordered a brisket platter, chicken sandwich, reuben (best reuben I've ever had) banana pudding and pulled pork platter. Brisket was super tasty, moist, right amount of smoke. Mac and cheese is the best I've ever had. Baked beans were super tasty as well (smoky, sweet and peppery). Their BBQ sauce is fantastic as well! Will definitely be back

First time review. I’ll start with the food. I ordered the Rib meat plate and was given 3-4 ribs a side of baked beans, macaroni salad, some pickles, and a bread roll. The ribs were delicious and almost falling off the bone. I unfortunately went on a day where potato salad wasn’t available so I chose the Mac salad. The macaroni salad was very mayonnaise forward but I still enjoyed it. The beans were not my favorite style but could’ve been very good if doctored up a bit. The pickles and bread were good as-well but those are hard to mess up. I went about 10 minutes before closing and was even given a free tub of banana pudding which was delicious and a very nice surprise! Few days later I went back and got the brisket and was surprised again! So delicious! The bark on the brisket was so good

WOW! Amazing we ate it all in the car because it smelled so good. The baked beans were a sleeper hit for sure. So tasty. My favorite was the ribs and the banana pudding. We will come back!!

I got the brisket meat plate (with coleslaw and baked beans as sides), pulled pork Mac n cheese, brisket chili, side of potato salad and a 1/4 rack of ribs. The brisket was dry but the fat was completely rendered, it didn’t have much flavor besides the meatiness. I wasn’t a big fan of the bbq sauce. The coleslaw was bland and the baked beans that came with the plate were good. The pulled pork Mac n cheese was delicious, the pulled pork was super tender and flavorful. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had a bunch of flavor. The brisket chili was super good as well, the only thing holding it back was the brisket in it. The potato salad was everything you want from a potato salad. The ribs were the best ribs I have ever had. They were super tender, juicy and had great flavor. The ribs and
