Biggby Coffee

The customer service was great, but I ordered a caramel marvel frozen I ended up getting an iced caramel Marvel, which is fine. I figured I’d probably just misspoke but when drinking it, it tasted so bad. I only ever get a Carmel marvel from Biggby’s but this has got to be the worst drink I’ve ever had.

Called to ask a question and they didn’t even say hello and hung up on me. Never been here before but I definitely don’t want to give them my business when they can’t even do a simple job of answering the phone. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Save your time and peace of mind by going literally anywhere else. Anywhere else would have better customer service at this point. Disgusted with the behavior of whoever worked this morning as I can hear them in the background as I spoke “hello” into the phone waiting for a response only to be hung up on. Worst Biggby I’ve seen yet.

Been coming here for quite a while. And I spend a lot of money. come here every day and the owners of this establishment is a joke. Can't wait for the coffee beanery to reopen at the new Location on Bristol in Linden road.

Tried iced Caramel Apple cider Non dairy.. Very good Also Hot Mocha Breve with Almond milk and extra shot of chocolate 3 options for non dairy if needed. Almond, Coconut and soy milks

I love Biggby Coffee, really. The sweet foam and other iced lattes are a favorite. I dislike how spices are used. If I’m having a pumpkin spice latte, I want to be drinking coffee complimented by and infused with those warm spices. I don’t want to be drinking a coffee full of spice floating around in it. I leaves a gravelly feel and a metallic taste. I ordered what was supposed to contain flavors of honey, vanilla, and cinnamon, but I can’t taste anything but cinnamon because there’s an unnecessary and excessive helping of it atop my latte. Only a dash is needed. A little cinnamon (like many spices and herbs) goes a long way. A great barista knows how to balance multiple flavors and not overwhelm a customer’s taste with one powerful flavor (unless outlined or desired).
