BIGGBY COFFEE

I love biggby coffee. I frequent this location occasionally, and I am always happy. The line can get a bit long during morning rush or on the weekends, but the employees do a good job of being friendly and making great coffee. Most of the time, they remember my drink and start making it before I can even order. ☕️

I am a 70 year old tea drinker who stopped in for a little caffeine kick. Thought I would try one of the coffee options. I just wanted to go basic, maybe with a cocoa side note without a bunch of sugar or cream. Maddie, and Colleen were both enthusiastic about my rookie coffee status and went into coaching mode. They were both great about suggesting options and guided me to the perfect solution for my caffeine kick and I had fun in the process. Thanks so much for having an enthusiastic team who are well versed in all the available options, and patient with customers who aren’t. They may have converted me from the error of my tea drinking ways. Ha Ha

Took a break from the freeway here and enjoyed some Biggby Best. Service was pleasant and quick. The sitting area leaves a little to be desired with tired carpet and trash on the floor.

Baristas are always super rude when I go in, they act like they have somewhere better to be and make it known. If you hate your jobs so much, why are you still there?? Its ridiculous to me that they are in a customer service position and cant even be asked to smile or be a little bit curteous to the customer. If there was another coffee place in town, they'd have my business in a heartbeat. 1/5 stars.

I know you close at six pm today but it's 430 with 6 people in line the other helper should help her so we are not sitting here getting her eye rolls so I left and went to McDonald's thanks for your help.
