Billito’S Italian Restaurant Gun Barrel City

My wife and I just bought a house in the city, and decided to try this place for lunch. We were greeted by Bailey(?), who took us to our booth, and was our server as well. She was an amazing employee for the business. She made us feel welcomed to even being there, and helped with suggestions about the menu. Once we ordered and waited for our food, Bailey always made sure everything was alright. The food came out, and was totally delicious. Compliments to the chefs for delivering great food, and a big thankyou for Bailey who was such a wonderful server! We will definitely be back. Thanks again to this awesome business!

Everything about this place was fantastic. The look of the interior, the service received, and the food absolutely amazing. This is my first time having REAL Italian food and first time going into Billito's. I'm definitely taking my family with me next time so they can also enjoy the experience and food at Billito's.

We had a wonderful Italian dinner tonight and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our server, J, was incredibly kind and sweet and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. The food was delicious — my aunt absolutely fell in love with the pink sauce, and the lobster ravioli with the diavolo sauce was a standout dish. To top it all off, Jon, the gentleman who checked on us during the meal and helped us with our payout was so sweet (and handsome!) — such a nice touch that really elevated the experience. All in all, it was a great meal and the perfect way to end our night. We’ll definitely be back!

I used to like this place a lot about a year ago. I’m not sure why recently it’s been so terrible. The service is good. The food is just a hit or miss. I just paid $17 for a medium pizza with 3 toppings.. that’s insane seeing as the kids pizza is the same size. $2 extra for toppings?? Insanity.

This new Italian restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the whole experience was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back. We had been hesitant to try it at first because of the previous restaurant in this location — we had some bad experiences and weren’t sure what to expect. But this new spot completely turned things around. We now have a spot for Italian…Albert was amazing and let us know that they also have great steak will try that on our next trip
