I’d like to give a huge shout out to Stephanie, the manager on site, and our server Owen. Both individuals went above and beyond to ensure our order exceeded all expectation, even given the fact that they were slammed with customers while being short staffed for the day. Stephanie spent time at every table, wearing a welcoming smile and showing genuine interest in other’s needs. The service itself was incredibly speedy and our food was not only tasty but generously proportioned for the amount paid. My husband loved his coleslaw chicken sandwich and my chopped salad was sizable enough I have leftovers for lunch again tomorrow. I had been to Birdcall before this years before and needed a refresher. The staff were efficient and kept the place clean. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was yummy, but rather small compared to some of the others I saw people eating. The salad cup I got was pretty decent. Seemed like a popular place to be when we got there, later on our large group had the place mostly to ourselves.

So happy to finally find a GOOD CHICKEN PLACE!! Amazing Experience Overall! Highly recommend! Food options are amazing! And I'm very impressed with the overall quality of the food and drink, ranging from delicious margs to , Colorado cane soda machine! The Sandwich have a lot of options for any craving. THE BEST LOADED TOTS. The staff here is absolutely phenomenal, creating a very welcoming , wholehearted environment. We came for the food , and stayed for the community here. The food was good. However, I did not like the fact that you couldn’t receive rewards points when going through the drive through. I told the employee working there that I’ll go inside if need be to receive them. She gave me a blatant no even after telling me that’s the only way to get them. I’ll go to another location next time. Not this one.
