Birdie Frozen Yogurt

I had to come down on my review stars . Customer service is iffy there were only like 3 flavors working( tart , strawberry and watermelon wasn't working ) had barely any toppings and never seem to get a receipt unless I ask and the point code is always missing but this is never the issue with the Broward location better service and staff at Pembroke

Mom/I went today for the first time. The gentleman employee greeted us,offered us samples it was a friendly experience. Cookies N Cream/Cinnamon Rolls & Cake Batter very yummy 😋 I sampled the watermelon very refreshing.

Went there yesterday with my boyfriend. We wanted something cool and yummy for the afternoon. We decided on Birdie's. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. There are flavors you can get single or mixed and we hear the flavors change often so if there is a flavor you really like you need to let the staff know to keep it in rotation. My BF got the mix of watermelon cheesecake with graham crackers and sprinkles toppings. I was less daring with vanilla bean and strawberry yogurt with sprinkles and fresh strawberries. Cool tip: their spoons changed to a blue color when it gets dipped in the yogurt. Temperature change spoons. (cool and cute). We sat and enjoy our yogurts. Love this place. Will be back. Maybe I will think outside the box.

Excellent Service, the gentleman was so nice and gave us samples and the yogurt is soooo good. Highly recommended! I tried the tart flavor, salt caramel and watermelon. Very good

The frozen yogurt was delicious, I got espresso flavor with some toppings. However customer service needs a huge upgrade. The white lady with blonde streaks and nose piercing was on her phone the entire time and didn’t even acknowledge nor greet us. We gave a $2 tip and she didn’t thank us or anything. However, I do appreciate the color changing spoons and clean station.
