Next Visit : Another fantastic breakfast at Birdie’s!!! Kudos to Jen who took our orders so pleasantly and attentively and advised edits to our meal complete yet not overseeing !! The photo will tell the rest. Every dish we ordered was just perfect and exactly as we had wanted! Coffee was great too! Ambience was quite lively and chirpy with all little ones surrounding us ! We will be back again soon enough! First visit : Hand’s down the best breakfast I’ve had since we moved to Texas!!! Service by Sydney was with a big welcoming smile and the light banter we shared with her only added to friendly atmosphere of this place! And finally about the breakfast dishes we ordered. Every dish was made perfectly , eggs cooked exquisitely and all ingredients were fresh and paired perfectly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Birdie’s Breakfast Club never misses! Every single dish here looks and tastes like it came straight out of a brunch dream. From the perfectly golden hash browns and fluffy scrambled eggs to the pancakes stacked high with whipped butter and powdered sugar — everything is cooked just right. The chocolate chip pancakes are rich and airy, the French toast with berries and cream tastes like dessert disguised as breakfast, and even the breakfast burritos hit hard with crispy fries or waffle-cut sweet potatoes on the side. You can tell this place runs smooth because the owner is always present, making sure the kitchen stays consistent and the vibe stays right. Service is fast, the food comes out hot, and you can tell they care about every plate leaving that kitchen. If you’re lookin

The food is actually pretty good, but be prepared to wait if your party is larger than four. They only have a few booths for groups of five or more and don’t proactively combine tables, so you’re stuck waiting for a larger booth to open up. When we were finally about to be seated, there was confusion about which table was ours. When my wife asked for clarification, the hostess responded with noticeable attitude. We understand it’s a busy job dealing with customers all day, but the response was certainly unnecessary.

We found this amazing place with friendly service and amazing food. Our group of six had brunch here on a Monday around 10 am. The place was busy with lots of locals, evidence of its popularity, but we were able to get a large booth right away. The extensive menu has lots of the traditional breakfast and brunch items, all prepared in a unique and flavorful way. The portions are large, and every one of us had an amazing meal. The service was exceptional, very attentive and checking in on us frequently, but not overbearing. My selection of eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes and two enormous pancakes were wonderful, and the side of bacon was excellent. The coffee was just right, fresh and hot, and refilled frequently. The staff made us feel like part of the family.

The food here is fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. I especially loved how well-balanced the dishes were; you can tell a lot of thought went into the menu. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed breakfast. The only hiccup was the timing from the waitstaff when it came to the check — it felt a bit rushed, as if we were being gently nudged out before we were ready. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it did stand out compared to how good everything else was. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the food and the vibe, just hoping next time they let the morning linger a little longer.
