Birria LES Astoria

I had a great experience at Birria-Les Astoria and really enjoyed trying a variety of their Mexican dishes. We ordered the beef burrito, al pastor beef, beef birria tacos with cheese, beef birria sliders 🍔, and consomé. Overall, the food was delicious, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into their cooking. The beef birria tacos with cheese were especially amazing—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The birria sliders were also very unique and tasty, and the beef burrito was filling and well-seasoned. The al pastor beef had a great balance of spice and flavor, and I really enjoyed it. Went with my family to try this place out! There was a great selection of food to choose from. There’s a lot of seating room and the place was very clean. The food was absolutely delicious, though honestly for the price, the portions were a bit small. I’d recommend trying out this place at least once. There are certainly other places with delicious birria that are most cost-friendly. In addition, the day we went to visit, they ran out of water bottles which was a bit inconvenient.

Birria LES is amazing! I had the birria burrito and it was so flavorful and perfectly cooked—you can tell the cook really knows what he’s doing. I even watched him make my burrito through the window, and you can tell he takes pride in his cooking and genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. The customer service was excellent, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The music was nice, and the restaurant is beautiful with a great vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend!

Amazing food! The Texas toast grilled cheese and the dumplings are hands down my favorite. Love the consistency of their food throughout each location. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Hands down the best tacos in New York City. Best of all it’s Halal, no pork on the premises. Very happy for them to finally open up in QUEENS. I used to always have to drive down to Low Eastside.
