Birria LES Chelsea

Got the beef grilled cheese, shrimp taco, small street corn and small consome. Shrimp taco was my favorite (had some spice, tortilla was nice and toasty and shrimp was nicely seasoned). Also enjoyed the corn. Grilled cheese was good (make sure you like garlic tho). Consome was a little disappointing. I tasted cinnamon in the broth which was not my favorite and threw me off. Overall, good experience. Food was prepared fairly quickly. Would go again.

WOW! Been wanting to come here for a long while! AND I'm so glad I finally did. Super yummy! A little heavy on the raw onions and cilantro so make sure you ask before hand. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is very latin 👌 simple cozy & fast food vibes. The staff was great. Cannot wait to come back and try the rest! The Birria linguine and the street corn with birria meat and flaming cheetos... are so good! Definitely highly recommend it!

4.5 ⭐️ Lovely service, moderate seating meant for small groups or duos. Got the classics Beef Birria Tacos, very tasty and a good amount of beef. Personally would’ve loved more diced onions, and If they toasted the tacos a bit more. Although they were fresh it was a little soggy, not an issue at all. I highly enjoyed the flavor and was really craving these for a while.

Texas Birria grilled cheese is a must!! So bomb and incredibly satisfying. Came out to 20 dollars with a small side of consommé but it was worth it in my opinion. Seating is more on the limited side when dining in and do make sure you have some wet wipes and lots of napkins with you since this is really messy.

The place is pretty small so if you’re planning to come sit here and eat with a group of friends I don’t recommend. The chips are really good, however I ordered the Birria Burrito within my first bite noticed that the meat was too salty. I don’t think that their food is bad I just got an unlucky with a batch of over seasoned beef.
