Birrieria Guadalajara

Ordered DoorDash and either the dasher dropped the bag or this was packed very poorly. I have ordered from here before because I like the food so was really surprised that this was my experience. The soda is always in a bag (rethink this because the soda always spills in the bag!) but since the food spilled the soda bag was covered in grease, the quesabirria spilled out from the box, was cold and the tortilla was soggy. It looked like a huge wad of meat and cheese, nothing like the picture or what I have ordered before. Truly disappointing especially when you are really hungry.

Literally the worst place I’ve ever went to! The food was nasty I got the Quesabirria with 2 birria tacos. The tortillas on all items were soggy and fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The food had no flavor. The consommé broth for dipping was very watery and bland. I bought a soup and it contained only fat and a micro piece of meat. The meat was very dry. I paid $55+ for my family’s meal and asked for utensils with mild and hot salsa. I did not get utensils, salsa or napkins. The drive thru lady was very rude. I mentioned I wanted light ice due to sensitive teeth when I pulled up to the window I repeated if I can have light ice when she asked for payment. She hands me both food and drinks at the same time drink full of ice. Closes the window and walks out of sight before I can say anyth

My favorite place for birria tacos!!! This place has $2 soft birria tacos. Who does that??? Specially with birria 😱😱😱😱 They have the usual and even birria ramen. But 100% their best item is the hardshell birria taco, something about the fried tortilla just makes everything taste better. Check them out just know they dont take credit card so make sure you have enough in your account 🫣🫣🫣

My wife and family really enjoy this place. To be honest we like it better when Sandra and Alma work here because it’s guaranteed FRESH. If they’re not there sometimes we’ll take the drive all the way to Orange County on Chapman! Thank you Sandra for always providing the best customer service :)

Ive been here like 3-4x over the past 2 weeks and I'll continue coming. Carina is very sweet and nice. Everytime I come she's helpful and always confirms my order, asks if everything is in order, and of course if id like to add anything else :) ty!!
