Birrieria Los 7 Hermanos

Amazing tacos, the homemade tortillas were perfectly soft and delicious. Quesabirria dorada is only served on weekdays, so we got tacos de chivo and they were amazing, with perfect flavor. Their homemade salsas are the best I've had in Portland, and really bring another level to these already perfect tacos. I can't wait to go back and try the quesabirria 💓

I’m a little torn when writing this review, on the day I went last year right before covid they were open and the food was very good. I just had hand made tortillas with cheese which was pretty good but the family raved about the Birrrria. They are dedicated to making Birria and the menu is simple. Now the issue is that they are always closed! I’ve tried to go back to surprise the family with delicious birria and they never answer the phone to place an order and once I show up and find them tucked in a corner they are closed. I’m guessing they close as soon as they run out of food and must make a small amount but come on! Don’t post a phone number and hours of you won’t follow them. I’ll try to come back one more time and hope they are open…

The food here is amazing. Best birria I have ever had. The birria comes with a red sauce I believe is made with magic. Very tasty tacos! Service is very attenative and warm. Their food is truly a gem among the Mexican food places in Portland. 5 star all the way!
