Birriería Jalisco

Stopped by for a bite on a road trip. We ordered a birria quesadilla, al pastor quesadilla and two chicharrón burritos. When I tell you we inhaled the food! Taste was authentic and portion sizes were huge. Pictured is my birria quesadilla which we loved (major cheese pull). It came with consomé and red salsa (loved both). Will definitely be stopping by next time we’re around this small town. A little hidden gem in Pixely.

This hidden gem was a must try off the freeway in the small town of Pixley. I saw the sign serving Birria and I had to try it. The food was perfect. I would drive the distance to eat here again.

Birria de chivo 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 And hand make tortillas !! Sope is huge and torta is boom !! Delicious food !!

Food here is so 😋 delicious!! Menudo is yummy! aguachiles were super bomb!! , gordita and quesabirrias were delicious too! Definitely recommend this place :) 😀

Heard about this place many times so I recently stopped by on my way home from Reno. It was my first time there and one would not know this hole in the wall place unless you were a local of by word of mouth. It is very authentic I ordered the carne asada fries cause it sounded so good and man were they delicious. Can't wait to try them again and try another one of their items I live in Bakersfield so not to far from Pixley. If your in the area stop by and try them out Thanks.
