Bistro 1188

My first official visit to Bistro 1188. The chicken salad sandwich was amazing. High quality ingredients and presented perfectly. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Very clean and friendly place. The food is very good and there is a daily special that varies. The chef has won several local awards.

First timer. Had heard good things and went for lunch. Food was great and presented nicely. Good variety of options. Menu prices are by far the best in town for the quality of food you receive. Will definitely come back and try out more of the menu. Today we had the Korean tacos, steak bowl, and pulled pork sandwich. All of which were excellent. - I would like to see a dinner service. I'd come for dinner.

Tired of the food at the dining facility? And not interested in franchise restaurants? Please give this place a try! Their burger is amazing! The patty was juicy and flame-y, and all the veggies were fresh. You won't regret.

Fantastic and creative cuisine from a long experienced chef with plenty of accolades to show, but won't -- down to earth people, always friendly, always having a good time. Personally, the mouth watering Bistro Bison Burger is my go-to lunch and all of the sides are delicious. Rarely a wait, especially if you call in (which I usually do). If you haven't yet, give Bistro 1188 a go, you'll be happy you did.
