We had been wanting to try Bistro B for a while now, and decided to try it on Valentine’s Day. We made reservations but didn’t realize it was a “Valentine’s menu”. Which was fine because we liked meals that were offered. Until we got the food. The house salad was literally nothing but lettuce. Oh. And tomatoes, but when you leave the tomatoes off, you just get lettuce. No croutons, cheese or anything. Not a huge deal. On to the main course. I got the ribeye, ordered medium rare. There wasn’t even a hint of pink in it, not alone any red. But I guess when the steak is no thicker than a pencil you would have to expect that. My food also came out cool. Definitely not hot. MUST TRY! Seriously, go. My 13-year-old son and I were just driving around looking for somewhere new to eat when the Christmas lights at Bistro B caught our attention. We pulled in on a whim, and I’m SO glad we did. I started with an Espresso Martini (delicious), and while looking through the menu I about fell out of my seat — they actually had bone marrow. I’ve been searching everywhere and nobody has it. Of course my son wanted nothing to do with it, so we ordered the mussels instead… and honestly, they were incredible. That sauce was unreal. Had an amazing experience at Bistro B. Atmosphere was clean and overall great. The service was outstanding. They were very attentive and helpful. The food and presentation was excellent! We ordered the sushi and it was delicious, one of the best rolls I’ve ever had eaten. There are lots of other food options on the menu besides sushi. We definitely will be coming back! 10/10

I took my wife here for Valentines Day. We really had high hopes for this place. We heard good things and they have good reviews. I should have known when I sat down and noticed they spelled Valentines wrong that we were in for a bad time. The steak was small and didn't have much flavor. It was a sad looking 12 oz ribeye steak. My wife ordered the lamb which was tasteless. Her martini she ordered was also not good and we sent that back for a glass of wine instead. We were still charged for that drink we sent back as well. The bill was $150 before tip and left us feeling like we overpaid for Denny's.
