Bistro Niko

I went for a dinner of scallops and it was positively spectacular, especially considering this place is not in Paris. It is believably authentic, the seared scallops on a bed of mashed potatoes (because this is the US) were perfection. I started with the Endive salad which was also epic and the escargot topped with puff pastries which were ok, but a bit salty for my taste. The value is incredible for elevated French dining, and if I didn't have to be heading off to work, it would've all been on point paired with wine.

Came here tonight on a whim. What a beautiful French Resturant still decorated for the holidays how fabulous. Our server, Emerald was amazing, Happy Birthday again to you. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very well versed on the menu and best options. We had the mocktail mojito and the Choco-Expresso Martini. For our appetizer we had the French onion soup and Caesar Salad. The French soup was exquisite, but the Ceasar has too many stalks and not enough leaves, however that’s a personal preference. For our main, we all had the Ribeye & Frites. The steak was good. Overall we had an excellent experience and will return. Give this cute spot a try! There’s something on the menu for everyone.

A dear friend and I came here on a busy night during the week and had a really nice time. It was really busy so we waited a little longer for our drinks and oysters to get come out but they frequently had someone topping off our waters. We went ahead and ordered our dinner and dessert in advance just to avoid an extra wait. The drinks were wonderful, the oysters were fresh, and we loved our French onion soup. The seafood pasta was amazing however wasn’t super impressed by the dessert. The portions are very generous and everyone here from the hosts to the servers were really nice and attentive. It can get extremely loud in here but honestly I had such a wonderful time!

Bistro Niko absolutely nails the experience side of fine dining. The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, and the service is truly exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and effortlessly professional. From start to finish, we felt well taken care of. On ambiance and service alone, this place is easily a 10 out of 10. The food, however, was more of a mixed bag. The French onion soup was well presented and the cheese was excellent, though the broth could have used more depth. The charcuterie and cheeses were great. My halibut special was unfortunately a bit dry and lacked flavor, and dessert was just okay. Been eating here since their early days in 2009 and always enjoy it. The food, the interior, the service, and of course their Christmas decor are always top notch. Mussels and their pate are my favorite apps. Escargot is decent not great, pork belly is good, charcuterie board is enormous, and you can never go wrong the French onion soup. Their entrees are the treat though. Beef bourguignon, steak au poivre, Coq au vin, the trout, all excellent. Great desserts and plenty of wines / cocktails to choose from as well!
