Bite Me Royally

We ordered a custom cake for my daughter‘s 24th birthday. We asked for whipped and we asked for a certain colors in an anime theme and she hit the ball right on the head. Great service great communication, amazing flavor very very flavorful very moist and held up for a few days and she even went above and beyond when I had to cancel at the last minute due to my daughter’s ESA pet passing away she went above and beyond to do what she could to help my daughter have a great birthday cake. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience ever. Horrible bitter cupcakes for my daughters 4th birthday. Asked for bluey themed and got plain cupcakes. Some with blue frosting and some with orange that's it. Paid 60 dollars for 30 cupcakes that got thrown away. Called back to see if she would do something to make it right. Gave me attitude and told me I got what my wife ordered. Lol I was there when we ordered. I wish I could show a picture. I'm a 45 year old man with basically no cooking experience and I could have done better decorating the cupcakes than what I got and it wouldn't be hard to make them tastier.

Honestly I should have known considering the odd smell of the place (not a fresh delicious bakery smell) and that it doesn't look super clean, but I went ahead and bought some cupcakes anyway since they were next door to the place I was going. They were terrible. They tasted worse than something you'd get at Walmart. $15 for six cupcakes and they were dreadful. I took one bite of mine and threw it out. My husband ate his, but said it was dry and tasted like a couple day old box mix. My mom didn't finish hers either. My kids ate theirs, but even they said they weren't great and their taste buds aren't exactly refined. This was actually my second time at giving them a shot and I wish I hadn't. I figured maybe the first time was just a bad bake day, but unfortunately not. Definitely won't be
