Very good for students. Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can use your meal plan, which exempts you from paying sales tax and not having to deplete your debit card for each purchase, instead paying upfront and saving plenty of money by being exempt from sales tax. Food is good. They have meal deals. Good amounts of drinks, snacks, and desserts too. You can feel more lenient to buy what you want because you’re not required to pay sales tax and it’s all going into your college card. They have a smoothie and frozen yogurt station too. They have the basics, burgers, chicken tenders, fries, pizza, garlic knots, and desserts, such as chocolate chip muffins, chocolate, and cupcakes. Nice restaurant in hofstra. Located om academic side of campus. The red mango is great. I recommend the coconut yogurt. So good. The fruit toppings all taste sour though, so I wouldn't waste my money on that. The burger station is also great

Bits and Bytes isn't bad, but whenever I have the option of taking the extra few minutes to walk to the student union I do. The food options at the SU are far larger and offer everything B&B has on top of that. So, it's great if you're in a rush and every moment matters.

Hands down the best place to get food at Hofstra! Slight bummer that they aren't open over the weekend and close early on Fridays. I recommend their ramen and their burgers! Top notch food 👌

I have an unusual type of request for my order. Once I walk away to pay for my food, I overhear the employees laughing at me based on what I got. So much for not judging people.
