Bizzy Fit Meals

I tried this meal prep spot for the first time last week and was honestly impressed. The chicken is so juicy which is rare for meal prep. I’ve tried a lot of other places and most of the time the chicken ends up dry and feels like a chore to eat. This one is flavorful, tender, and something I actually look forward to. Today I tried the shrimp and ground beef, and both were super flavorful. It didn’t even feel like I was eating traditional “meal prep” . It tasted like a fresh, well-cooked meal. I drove all the way from Union City and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend if you want healthy food that actually tastes good.

I cannot recommend Bizzy Fit Meals enough! The food is absolutely delicious and you can truly taste the quality in every meal. Even though it’s far from my house, it is 100% worth the drive every single time. The owner is incredibly kind, sweet, and welcoming. I especially love how she integrates her faith into her business it creates such a positive and uplifting experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and the quality of what she provides. Hands down, the best meal prep service in San Jose. Highly recommend to anyone looking for healthy, high-quality, and amazing-tasting meals!

Very pleased with the service, food, price. I went it on Tuesday afternoon to pick up 3 meal for the week. I wasn’t up to cooking since I had just gotten back from Vacay. I love the fact the food has a good amount of seasoning with minimal salt but can be adjusted to one’s taste. I’m happy to have across this hidden meal prep gem close to home & close to 101.

I was looking for a meal prep place and found Bizzy Fit Meals. Honestly, I was on the go, and the other places nearby were requiring me to sit down and select the various meal options which I did not have time for. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a friendly smile by who I believe to be the owner. I let her know that I was unfamiliar with her store as it was my first time visiting. I found her to be very helpful and friendly throughout our interaction. Here's how it works. There are various vegetables, rice, and meats that you can choose to put in your meal. I chose 5 meals. The rice options were white, brown, and cilantro. You can opt to have 1 or 2 cups of rice, and I believe the vegetable option was free (but don't quote me on that).
