The quality of service has dimished in this particular BJS. For two days I tried contacting Bakery to no avail. No one answers the call. I then called customer service two times to inform them about my need to contact bakery and the fact that they are not picking up the calls. Guess what customer service did.... They still transfered my call to bakery. This man totally ignore my complaints.. I concluded either this male staff at customer service is really new at the job or really incompetent. What a shame... I'll order from Costco...just down the road.
