BJ's Bakery

I just got a call from a man in the bakery telling me they won’t have my granddaughters birthday cake ready because they didn’t receive any two tier cakes they are on back order. Mine you I ordered the cake on Monday july 29 2024. They call me today August 2 Friday at 3:30 pm . The cake was for August 3 at 11 am I was suppose to pick up the cake. I’m so mad that they waited till Friday at 3:30 to tell me this . Went to Publix they are able to make a cake for me but can’t get it till 2 pm when the party starts at 12 noon . BJ I will never order a cake from you all again you didn’t even try to fix the problem you didn’t even care or offer to fix the problem . You all suck. I will preach to everyone I know to never order anything from you all. And I’m a member of BJ I’m so done with you al
