BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I recently had the pleasure of dining at BJ’s, and I have to say—this visit exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Jacky. From the moment we were seated, Jacky made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. She was attentive without being overbearing, knew the menu inside and out, and had great recommendations (the Pizookie was chef’s kiss). Drinks were always full, our order was perfect, and everything arrived promptly—even during a busy rush. What really stood out was her friendly attitude and genuine care for making sure we had a great experience. BJ’s always delivers on quality food and a great atmosphere, but this visit was elevated by Jacky's exceptional service. If you're heading to BJ’s, ask for Jacky—you won’t be disappointed!

We had an awesome experience with Jazlynn as our server ! Our family of 5 were first seated at a small 4 person booth but she quickly made sure we were switched to a more comfortable table. She constantly checked in to see how we were doing & made our experience fun & memorable 😻

Hello my name is Aaron Evans and I am a manager at the Puente Hills BJ's 504. I came in today with my family and had an amazing experience. Our server was Tanhisha, from the moment we sat till the moment we left we had a wonderful experience. Tanhisha greeted us with a genuine smile and caring demeanor. The food and drinks were out so quickly, and the food was amazing. Tanhisha really gave my family and I a wonderful experience.

Laura is awesome, attentive and took care of us. I just don’t like the tacos that I ordered. The fish was tough like it was overcooked and been sitting in the kitchen for a while .

Amanda was great! They were quite busy when we went but she was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of!
