BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I enjoy BJ's a lot and their pizzookies are the star of the show. I had the Korean BBQ ribs and it was delicious. I've had their pizza too but I wouldn't go back for it here because there are many other items on their menu that are so good. Our waiter in the bar area was so sweet and was sure to make us feel especially welcomed and at home. One thing is that we had a reservation for 2 on Valentine's night but were still told it would be 45 minutes to an hour beyond our reservation time before we could actually be seated. Luckily we were able to find a table before then. My one critique for this establishment is please do not offer reservations if you can't honor it at the time it is set for.

I can always count on the best service when I come here. We almost always get Jose as our server and as always he is the most polite, attentive and brightens our mood with his smile. We ordered the TriTip and ribs with loaded mashed potatoes, and the Prime Rib Special on Friday. Absolutely delicious and such HUGE portions we always have boxes to take home to enjoy later. Thank you BJs and Thank you to Jose for a wonderful Valentines weekend.

I had a fantastic experience at BJ’s Restaurant thanks to Jose R! His customer service is truly excellent. He’s always attentive, makes sure everything is just right, and has such a positive, welcoming attitude that really enhances the whole dining experience. I ordered the Salmon Protein Bowl, and it was absolutely amazing. The salmon was perfectly blackened and cooked to perfection—flavorful, tender, and seasoned just right. Everything in the bowl was fresh and delicious, and you can tell care went into preparing it. Jose went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for him!

Mariana was an excellent server! Attentive and even suggested getting a to go box so we could enjoy our desert! Loved my visit, will def come back!!

I always have an absolutely fantastic experience at BJ’s Restaurant - Broadway. The customer service here is truly top-tier, and the quality of the food never disappoints. I especially want to highlight the amazing service from Sierra, Hannah, Kenzie, and Bella. They consistently go above and beyond—highly attentive, friendly, and always making sure guests feel welcome and taken care of. It’s rare to find a team so genuinely dedicated to creating a great dining experience. If you’re in Tucson and looking for a place with excellent food and outstanding service, this location is definitely worth visiting!
