Not too busy - which I like - unlike Costco. No need to show ID to enter but you need it to purchase. Well stocked. Use the BJs app for coupons before you go to the check out. Annoying that they count items and look at receipts when you leave - I get it - national company, low trust society. Should have a few more traditional cashiers - mostly self checkout. Get 5% back if you use the BJs credit card.

This is my go to for gas, salads, deli meats, cheeses, garbage bags, creamers, coffee beans, large trays of assorted cake slices, Italian breads and amazing dips. I downloaded the app and get dozens and dozens of coupons which automatically applies to my bill during check out. We also have their credit card, so we get rewards in $20 increments. We have also tried their pizza dough and homemade flat breads and love it! I always look forward to their after Christmas sale where we get Lego and fisher price toys for a fraction off the cost.

What has happened to customer service these days: It truly feels like it has been lost. For the past 4 consecutive weeks, I have come to this location specifically to purchase premium fuel for my high-performance exotic vehicle, only to find that premium gas was unavailable due to a serious issue they had underground. During this time, all premium pumps were closed, while regular fuel continued to be served. I am a long-time BJ’s member, and one of the primary reasons for my membership is the fuel savings and convenience. Because premium fuel was unavailable week after week, I was forced to purchase gas from other stations at higher prices, resulting in additional out-of-pocket expenses, while still paying for a membership I could not fully use. I absolutely l I very this BJs. Staff for the most part is phenomenal. Always well stocked. Love the coupon factor. Not only so they have instant money off but you can add coupons before you check out. Yes you do get all the savings.... I know I checked everything before I left yesterday. So BJs will be my new Sams for the most part. Thanks BJs for being here.....

Very disappointed with my visit today. An item was clearly listed at $11.79, but I was charged $12.49 at checkout. When I asked about it, they refused to honor the posted price, which feels like false advertising. On top of that, Antonio, who assisted me, was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Poor customer service all around.
