Black Bear Diner Tomball

First timer here! We really enjoyed ourselves. The food was tasty and the service was amazing. Tristian was our server. He is a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He was very attentive to our needs. We even took a picture with the Black Bear! 🐻 Lol. Tristian, great job sir. Black Bear Diner, bravo! We appreciate your hospitality and great food. Good food, great prices, and a good time is what you’ll have if stop by the Black Bear Diner!

Welcome to the neighborhood, glad you’re here. The service was certainly the highlight of our visit. From opening the doors when we arrived and when we left, to every staff member who passed by greeting us- the service was on point. There’s definitely a nice selection of options. My daughter loved her chocolate chip pancakes and my breakfast was adequate for fast casual. The biscuits were a tad dry and could definitely use more gravy. I needed to order extra gravy and it still wasn’t enough. But we’ll definitely be back to try some different options. The place looks great and we’re glad to have a new option around here.

Arrived at the special pre grand opening today, and as always, Black Bear does not disappoint! They've created a great atmosphere with a clean environment, and the service was attentive and friendly. The portions are huge and completely satisfying. And you absolutely have to try the onion rings—they're a classic, crispy, diner-style perfection! I will totally come back with the family.

Delicious! Picked up breakfast to go and the whole family was impressed! Ham/Bacon/Sausage all thick and so good! Pancakes yummy and fluffy, and biscuits were amazing! Will definitely be back and highly recommend 10/10 Also, it was very busy but our pick up order was ready when we arrived! Family tore into it before I could get more pictures, but was able to get one of the biscuits.

Our server, Johnny, was absolutely amazing! I’d been craving chicken fried steak and remembered how delicious it was when I had it back in California. Since my mom was visiting, we decided to stop by — and I’m so glad we did. Johnny even adjusted our order to make sure we had just the right amount of food. The meal was fantastic, and this location definitely didn’t disappoint. Plus, it’s so close to home! I’ll definitely be coming back.
